Embark on a Spiritual transformation in 2012 at a Costa Rican retreat using traditional ceremonies that guide you to a higher state of awareness. The eco lodge is located on a private reserve of 250 hectares of primary forest. Overlooking the infamous Sacred Coter lake and the magnificent views of Arenal Volcano and Arenal Lake.

Your Hosts

Miguel Angel Alvarez Elizondo is a shaman like his father and grandfather; he speaks English, Spanish and maleku and is a MAJICTUR, which represents the spirit of a warrior. His purpose is to protect and conserve the land, the forest, the animals and the sacred waters, with the support of his ancestors, to aid others and humanity to find their purpose and work alongside mother earth. Miguel will be performing the sacred traditions in ceremony and will be your Maleku guide.

Fabiana de Oliveira - is a hypnotherapist of 7 years, channel healer and a reiki practitioner. She is a certified crystal bed therapist and the Author of  “Tous Vegetariens Demain Ed. Ibis Rouge” Her journey has led her to become the owner of the “Ecolodge Anandamaya Lago de Coter,” and its private reserve. She works alongside the Maleku and holds great respect for their traditions.
 

Susan Cossi
Holistic health practitioner, Professional Aromatherapist/Teacher and Meta-physician.
She has practiced holistic care internationally for nearly two decades, treating clients across the globe, from the Middle East, to the United Kingdom and the Americas. Consulting with spiritual teachers across many traditions. She brings a unique combination of teachings; combining ancient Egyptian mystery school knowledge, with practical earth based approaches from South & Central America with a foundation of western integrative wellness.  Her clinical background includes not only aromatherapy, but also encompasses a full spectrum of physiology, diet, nutrition and a comprehensive understanding of medicinal plants and their uses in healing.

She will be sharing her extensive knowledge on the metaphysical uses of aromatherapy and blending high vibrational oils for your personal treatment. She is a member of the International Federation of Professional Aromatherapists.

Kirsten Werink - Has practiced yoga for 7 years and 3 years ago undertook a 200 hour certified training program to become a vinyasa flow yoga teacher with Jaqueline Heisel...She teaches all ages and her classes has a unique blend of yoga styles.

Helene  Buell - A Naturopath ND, She has been studying, teaching and practicing  a combination of Yoga, Qigong, and Natural Healing Arts for over forty years and has a private practice.

Helena Buell will be offering classes in Classical Healing Qigong. These are ancient forms which can be practiced by all ages and physical health conditions. You will learn to feel and see, Qi, energy, and learn how to open the channels of your body which removes old and current blocks and creates balance and optimal health. The movements are simple, the visualizations deeply relaxing and nourishing for body, mind and soul. Even after only one class tremendous progress can be made.  You will learn:

• Organ Cleansing and Strengthening Qigong
• Classical Tibetan Healing Qigong
• Five Treasures Qigong (Ocean Qi breathing, Gathering Starlight and more)
• Helena is a member of ACTMD, Canadian association of alternative medical therapies and a Certified Massage Therapist CMT. Insurance receipts available.
